This international standard recognises our commitment to quality by assessing our processes to make sure they follow the ISO 9001:2008 criteria for a quality management system; and also helps ensure we provide our customers with a consistently high level of service.

ISO 9001:2008 sets out the criteria for a quality management system based on principles including strong customer focus, motivation and implication of top management, process approach and continuous improvement. The accreditation was awarded to us independently by ACS Registrars Ltd on 10 June 2012.
