Netstar provide 24x7 IT Support to London businesses all year around - so in a nutshell we are open over the festive period.
As is our usual process, our response times to your requests vary depending on the type of issue, and whether it’s inside or outside of our core working hours:
- Tuesday 24th December: Office closed after 2pm - Out of hours support
- Wednesday 25th and Thursday 26th December: Office closed - Out of hours support
- Friday 27th December: Business as usual
- Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th December – Out of hours support
- Monday 30th December – Business as usual
- Tuesday 31st December: Office closed after 2pm – Out of hours support
- Wednesday 1st January: Office closed - Out of hours support
- Thursday 2nd January: Back to normal!
Our out of hours team will deal with all critical or standard issues – so if something isn’t working properly. And they will respond to you within 30 minutes. All other requests will be dealt with during normal working hours.
